The people in the office are also extremely unprofessional and fake. I had to call and ask for my cleaning checklist, then remind them that I had received no notification regarding my deposit more than three weeks later. The carpet in my living room had to be replaced, and they claimed my entire security deposit had to be used, and I also owe an additional $270 though I'm sure they jacked up the prices because the quality of the carpet for the living room is worth at least hundreds less. The security deposit letter I also received was extremely vague with minimal details as to how I should pay the remaining amount "owed" and when it was due, so they shouldn't be expecting "their" money any time soon. With their horrible communication skills, it's nearly impossible to speak with someone.

After all the crap I put up with living there, I left owing money on an already overpriced apartment where I was mostly miserable after the first three months of living there. If I could go back and live in my car or on the street until I found a decent place, I would have. Please don't make the same mistake, or at least, avoid living in the first building.

I started my marketing internship at S.C. Swiderski in May and could not be more satisfied with the experience. I have been involved in projects such as radio scripts, expense reports, leasing commercial office space, real estate listings, and targeting different audiences based on effectiveness. Overall, great experience with great people.

I moved to Pine View Estates made my mind up right when I looked at them in the first couple of minutes. They only have been built over a year. I love it hear peace and quiet. Just minutes to tons of places. This is by far the best place I have ever rented from. Thanks for making my transition easy and pleasant. Tammy was the greatest.

In addition, Randy in the leasing office is extremely rude and belittling with the temperament of a small child. I approached him with the issue of my neighbors (same neighbors across the hall) causing my garage and new car to reek like cigarette smoke. His answer was to merely "deal with it" and rudely hung up though I posed no verbal abuse, only frustration. The neighbors, in accordance to the lease, are allowed to smoke near the buildings, though they also frequently smoked on the porch, as the smell wafted into MY living room a few times each week. Swiderski apparently also doesn't care much about neighbors who constantly cause the buildings to reek like marijuana, either, which is something I smelled continually in the halls thanks to my downstairs neighbors. You would think a building so pricey would have more mature people living in it, but it's no better than the cheap, piece of crap college housing across town.

Once they have your money and trapped you in a lease, you can forget about being treated with any decency by the office. If it weren't for my abusive roommate situation, I would not have looked twice at these buildings when I was in a desperate search for a new place at the end of July 2015. This is absolutely one of the most overpriced, incompetent companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

Worked with Randy at Prosser Place Apartments to move my mother in from out of state. Every need and expectation was met. There were many questions and concerns and Randy always returned our calls. My mother loves it there. Thank you.

The walls are so thin i could hear my downstairs neighbors tv while watching mine and now am woken up at 8am every morning from snow plows which are extremely loud. The Windows are cheap and constantly collecting moisture and growing MOLD around the windowsill, I have to clean it every day. The kitchen electric doesn't work in all the outlets and the ones that do trip the breaker if anything more than a microwave is plugged in. For how much I pay I expected much better, the apartments look nice but don't let that fool you. Aside from the building however, the staff was always very pleasant and nice to work with.

With all the money they charge for the mediocre buildings, you'd think you would have a little peace and quiet. I constantly heard my neighbors across the hall loudly playing video games, yelling, and having loud "affairs." (They were about 40 years old.) It was so embarrassing, I would rarely had people visit.
