PLEASE Stay Way from Enterprice go to National or Hertz, Budget. Go anywhere else. Also planning to take share it with my family and friends to stay away from enterprise
The worst place ever. Don’t hand them your credit card until they say you can have the car. She charged my card $210 and told me she charged me $70. I️ looked at my bank statement and showed her she charged me $210. Then she said oh that’s just because we charge $150 on credit cards. She lied to me. Horrible service. Asked her to cancel and put the money back and my card. She said she did Lied again. Told her stop lying. Then she said call your bank they will put it back for you. Called my bank today and they said it will take 7 business days.
I rented a Ford Tauras for 27 days. It was wonderful. Had all the bells and whistles on it. We put almost 2,500 miles on the new Ford. It was well worth the rental costs.
I like using enterprise at the CWA airport, convient hours, excellent staff. Good cars. It's a peace of mind knowing, that if I would have an issue with a car, the staff would assist. I've rented over 25 vehicles from enterprise. Always good service.
